As far back as the discovery of fire, our ancestors have used fire and the offertory burning of woods, resins, incense and more in their spiritual ceremonies and traditions. Burning various woods, resins, herbs and incense has been a powerful means of offering gratitude, calling on spirit, creating a mood or cleansing a space and so much more!
