Welcome to the The Spirit Den policies, terms and conditions section. Please keep in mind that items purchased from this shop include handmade elements which means that there will be slight variations among items purchased. This variation is what creates the uniqueness of our products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We make our {handmade} products one at a time, to order, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. The moment your order comes in, it is immediately added to our work queue. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations. If a refund is agreed upon for any reason, refunds will be given once the returned product has been received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before purchasing, please ensure that you have referred to the measurements and descriptions of each item. We do our best to give an accurate description and photo representation of each piece in the listing process. In the rare event of a return, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from your refund.

Shipping Times:
Our products are mostly all handmade by us. *Due to Covid19 we are currently shipping only once a week until further notice.* Once your order is placed, it can take 3-5 business days before it is made and handed over to the USPS to ship. Please allow that extra time when deciding on whether to choose First Class or Priority shipping when checking out. We cannot guarantee any shipping times and the USPS delivery times given at check out are ESTIMATES only. Please also consider that National Holidays and inclement weather can slow the USPS delivery times.


*PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR NAME & ADDRESS ARE CORRECT IN YOUR  ACCOUNT BEFORE PLACING ORDER*  We ship to the name & address that you supply to us from your account. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, missing or returned. Once your package has shipped, we cannot make any address changes. You will need to get in contact with USPS and have them re-route your package for a fee. If package is returned to us, we will re-ship at buyers expense to correct address.

TRACKING | LOST | MISSING or RETURNED PACKAGES: Tracking info is sent to you once the item is shipped so YOU can keep track of your purchase and ESTIMATED delivery date by the USPS. We are not responsible for your package once it is in the care of the USPS or UPS. If the tracking shows that it was delivered we are not responsible if it is stolen or missing. If a package is lost by the USPS we cannot be held responsible. If there is a delivery issue, you need to contact your local postal service with the provided tracking number. If your package is returned to us and you refuse to pay to re-ship your package, we reserve the right to refund your order, minus the original shipping cost and minus a 15% restocking fee.

Any orders, especially those over $100 may be sent via signature required. You, the buyer, need to keep your eyes on the tracking information given when your order ships so you can be home to sign or make other arrangements with the carrier for pick up. If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to refund your order, minus the original shipping cost and minus a 15% restocking fee.


Our shipping charges are based on USPS Calculated Shipping Costs. Shipping charges includes the postage, as well as, all necessary boxes/envelopes and packing materials needed to ensure your item arrives intact.

WRONG ADDRESS? Shipping labels are automatically printed through shopify, with the address you input during your checkout process. If you place an order and message us stating that you have given the wrong address, we will cancel and refund your order. You should then update your account with the correct address and place your order again. If your package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we will contact you when it is returned and you (the customer) will have to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address. If your package is returned to us and you refuse to pay to re-ship your package, we reserve the right to refund your order, minus the original shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERSWe currently only ship within the US and to Canada at this timeThere may be custom fees or duties charged by your country in order to receive your package. You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties or vat fees incurred. Fees are not included in the price of your order. Do not reject your package, you will still be responsible for any fees. If package is returned, there are no refunds.
