Do you ship International?

Do you offer returns, exchanges or cancellations?
All Sales Final. We make our {handmade} products one at a time, to order, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. The moment your order comes in, it is immediately added to our work queue to be made and/or packed for shipping. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations.
When will my order ship?
Most of our items are handmade to order - currently items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days (This means Monday - Friday / non Holidays).
Where are you located and do you have a physical store?
We are located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. No, we do not have a physical storefront but we ship literally from the heart of america so shipping times from our location in Missouri, to yours, are generally short!
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, no. We do all of our business online only. We work from our home studio so we do not offer local pick up. We've got our goodies listed online and we ship within 1-3 business days. We think with the added thrill of receiving a package in the mailbox, it's more fun than shopping in person anyway.
My order says it shipped. Where is it?
To find out, please click on the tracking number provided in your purchase history. Often the USPS website updates much faster than the Shopify tracking service. If the tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, you need to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided to you via email when your order shipped. We are only able to see the same tracking information that you do.
Wrong Shipping Address?
Shipping labels are automatically printed through Shopify, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, we are not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you correctly input the address you need your items shipped to.
Should the package be returned by the USPS, you can purchase a new shipping label so that we can resend your items to the correct address.
If you place an order and message us stating that you have given the wrong address, we will cancel and refund your order. You should then update your account with the correct address and place your order again.
Do you offer wholesale?
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING WHOLESALE ORDERS AT THIS TIME. We are a small home-based business making our products one at a time, with care and right now our retail sales are keeping us very busy.

SPOT CLEAN ONLY
All of the above listed products are made of cotton and sometimes tend to wrinkle or curl when shipped. To iron out curling or wrinkles you may do so by ironing the BACK side of the item.
Do NOT use steam.
Do NOT iron directly over front side of image.
To keep your garments in like-new condition, we suggest you follow the following care instructions:
- Turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash in cold water with like colors
- Do not use bleach
- Air drying recommended or tumble dry on low heat
- If ironing is needed do so on the back side of the garment image.
- (Care card instructions included with your order.)
Flour Sack Towels
Wash in cold water. Dry on low heat.
Do NOT use Bleach!
Do NOT iron directly on image.
If ironing is needed, do so on the BACK side of the towel.
These towels are reminiscent of a time when flour was
purchased in sacks weighing 50 or 100 lbs. When the flour sack was empty it would be laundered, bleached, cut and hemmed. They were commonly used as kitchen towels, cleaning and polishing cloths, diapers, undergarments, sheets, and pillowcases.
Flour sack towels are the most desirable dish towels because they are super soft, completely lint-free, absorb like a paper towel and dry faster than most kitchen towels. They make superb dusting cloths and have many culinary uses. All the nubs, blemishes and imperfections are characteristics of this fine towel.
