Listing is for one pack of (6) six, premium handmade palo santo/sandalwood sticks. This union of Holy Palo Santo & Sandalwood is extra divine and sustainably harvested. Great for Meditation, Spiritual Cleansing, Protection and Manifesting.

Palo Santo is used to promote feelings of peace, clarity and calm while bringing in positive energy & sooth the body and mind. Its name translates to "Holy Wood" in Spanish, and has been used by saints and shamans alike for centuries. Palo Santo has a fine citrus aroma with underlying notes of frankincense, its close relative. Burn in a fire proof vessel and let the smoke of this Holy Wood do the magic. 

Sandalwood is a proven relaxant, decreasing anxiety, calming the nervous system, and assisting with better quality sleep.  Its benefits are realised upon inhalation of the sweet woody fragrance. It has been used since ancient times for prayer, meditation, relaxation, healing, protection, cleansing and for even for accessing higher states of consciousness.

These sticks average approximately 3-4 inches long. Burn time approximately 30 minutes.

Burning Instructions: Hold Palo Santo over an open flame, tilting the end down at a 45-degree angle and slowly rotating the stick. Once lit, let the wood flame for 20-30 seconds, relighting as necessary. Softly blow out and allow it to smolder. Due to Palo Santo's resinous quality, the embers will self extinguish after a few minutes. This means the wooden incense can be re-lit and enjoyed several times. Place the Palo Santo in a small fire-safe bowl (or walk with the wood throughout your space) and let the fragrant, cleansing smoke linger in your space.
